There is no cost or trial associated with COVIDTracer's free version, the free version has limited features but can be enough for many small businesses and companies across Australia. You can sign up and use the free version and upgrade to the PRO versions at anytime. You can view our pricing here.

What can I do with the Free Version?

COVIDTracer's Free version gives you the ability to collect the first and last name along with the phone number of any visitors/staff that scan your QR code. If you have more than 1 premises you will have to make multiple QR codes, however if you own a franchise or a business with multiple locations you may need to upgrade to one of the paid plans to manage all your QR codes in 1 account and also create and customise additional fields on the tracing form (such as staff health questionnaire, email address, physical address, etc.).

You can view our user guide here. We have made sure our application can be set up from any device, mobile or laptop. You will require either a printer or a means of displaying your QR code for your account.

COVIDTracer does not require any contract to use. If you choose to upgrade for additional features, you will be billed monthly and can cancel at any time.

What devices can run this application?

You need internet connection to set up and run COVIDTracer. You can set up your COVIDTracer on any browser (Google Chrome is recommended). COVIDTracer can run on any device that can scan a QR code and has a camera (IOS 11.0+ and Android 8.0+)

Our solution is already modular, companies can rebrand and host the application on their own domain or servers under a lightweight exclusive licensing agreement. Many franchises often engage our services to rebrand and customise the functionality of our standard platform so they can provide to their franchises around Australia.

We have modular webhooks and APIs readily available and cater for large enterprise level instances of COVIDTracer which can be rebranded and integrated to ERP/visitor management systems. You can manage your subscription in your account's dashboard via the drop down options in the top right. Navigate to the 'Manage Subscription' section and you will be able to modify or cancel your subscripion.

COVIDTracer doesn't require a download. You can sign up with your email and get started immediately here. Unlike other applications, you can start using COVIDTracer in 2 minutes rather than 2 weeks.

When I change plans will I be billed immediately?

No, you will be billed when your monthly subscription finishes and the payment changes will be modified accordingly.

What happens to my features if I downgrade? Will I lose my QR codes and customised questions?

You may still continue to use our platform’s free version. If you have different QR Codes, you can still scan them and the data will be stored in our database, but you cannot access the scans from features that your plan no longer has. Upgrading your account will allow you to see previously hidden scans. Only the Initial QR Code scan will show up on the tracing data page if you managed multiple QR codes prior to degrading to the free account. Upgrading to a new plan will restore all your old functionality

How secure is the data and what will it be used for?

We store the data in our AWS Sydney Data Centre which has industry-standard data and physical security. We do not sell any data you provide us, i.e. you will not be placed on calling and advertising/marketing lists if you sign up for our service. We will disclose the information only to official Health and Government COVID-19 related research organizations in the interest of public safety.

All stored data is encrypted at rest using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256).

Simply sign up at app.covidtracer.io and register your free account and press the GO PRO button to upgrade. If you are currently using a free plan, you can upgrade at any time.

Our support times for our rebranding and customisation partners are 24/7. Expect a response within 24 hours. For general inquiries and bug reports, depending on the nature of the inquiry, expect a response within 48 hours. All our support and resources are based in Victoria, Australia.
